Three words that sum up the essence of Hill Country Bakery
Hill Country Bakery
At Hill Country Bakery we focus on one thing above all else. Quality. Quality of our products; quality of our production process; quality in every facet of the services we offer customers and quality in what we give back to our community.

When David Nolan and Steve O'Donnell founded Hill Country Bakery in 1997 their shared goal was to merge innovative superior product quality; cutting edge environmentally friendly production and manufacturing technology and the implementation of easier more cost efficient ways for client-partners to market our products under their labels.

These parameters remain the core of Hill Country Bakery's Mission Statement today and will for decades to come. Our ever-present focus on Research and Development is a vital element in fulfilling Hill Country Bakery's commitment to our customers, staff and community.
