From our home in San Antonio, Hill Country Bakery specializes in providing large-scale custom-manufactured bakery items for its Client Partners nationwide. A frozen-to-thaw wholesale bakery, we custom manufacture core products on a large-scale basis for regional and national companies.

Hill Country is in the mid-to-high-end bakery goods market, developing products through our Research and Development department. Hill Country also manufactures higher end decadent bakery products and limited-time-offer items.
