Minimum 1 year work experience in QC role and/or detail type role required.
Must be bilingual (English & Spanish) & able to communicate verbally & written in both languages.
Computer literate in Excel, Word, Microsoft Outlook & the ability to learn new computer programs as needed. Ability to use a digital camera

Base Pay: Based on Experience Description:
We are looking for the right person who will ensure the proper functioning of the Quality Assurance Department including but not limited to Quality, Regulatory, and Food Safety. Qualifications:
•Must be able to implement & maintain SQF Programs to support Level 3 accreditation.
•Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) from a 4 yr accredited college or university, preferably Food Science or other science field.
•Minimum of 5 yrs Quality Assurance experience & 3 yrs supervisory/management experience.
•Excellent communication capability. Must be able to speak, write, read & interpret documents in English. The ability to do the same in Spanish is a plus.
•Computer literate on; Excel, Microsoft Word, Power Point, Internet Researching & E-mail.

The Sanitation Associate Supervisor assist the Sanitation Manager with the supervision of workers engaged in keeping equipment, machinery and work areas in clean and in an orderly condition in compliance with company Food Safety standards. Qualifications:
•1-2 years experience in sanitation or related field.
•2-3 years experience in a managerial role (preferably in a food manufacturing environment)
Exposure to GMP’s & familiarity in food manufacturing setting.
Knowledge of Workers Compensation, EEOC & employment laws.
Written & verbal communication skills.
Multi-tasking & attention to detail skills required.
Bilingual – Must be able to communicate in English & Spanish
