Baking a Difference

At Hill Country Bakery, we believe it is important to give back to the community. Among the many different ways we contribute is through our support of the Achievers School in our hometown of San Antonio, Texas. Wondering what makes the Achievers School special? This is from their website:

Achievers School is a new educational option for 6th through 12th graders who are two or more years behind grade level in any academic area. Achievers enrolls students with and without physical disabilities. The school features a low student-teacher ratio and hands-on teaching methods that are producing amazing results! These teaching strategies are effective for students with dyslexia and other learning differences. Our goal is to help kids succeed in God’s world.

In addition, each year we contribute to the Multiple Sclerosis (MS) Bike to the Beach. We are also constantly looking for ways to be at the forefront of environmental safety.
