Hill Country Bakery owns and operates three food-manufacturing facilities.
Our combination of ovens allows us tremendous flexibility in the types of products—and the number of products—that we can produce.
Our baking test facilities are inspected annually by the city of San Antonio and the state of Texas. We are also part of the American Institute of Baking's certification program, and have received their highest Superior Rating every year since 2001. These plants, along with our supporting facilities of storage warehouses and engineering-fabrication building, occupy approximately 200,000 combined square feet. Our warehousing facilities store ingredients, packaging and finished goods. We have the capacity to store 90 truckloads of finished product.
