Our History

Hill Country Bakery began in 1997 in San Antonio, Texas when food-industry veterans David Nolan and Steve O'Donnell met at a trade show. Soon after, they combined their management skills with creative homemade baking to form Hill Country Bakery.

The company is built on the hard work and vision of David and Steve, who have developed a business that takes the company-customer relationship and makes it a partnership. For more than a decade, Hill Country has combined foresight and product uniqueness with quality, food safety, and service to provide their Client Partners with everything they need.

From the beginning, our Client Partners have been our number one priority. The goal of Hill Country Bakery’s talented and experienced team is to continually provide our Client Partners with innovative, creative, and quality products with the highest standards of food safety.
